		<description><![CDATA[我们在关爱小学所作的阅读项目应该算是一种尝试。在农村一线的这段时间，我们发现仅在乡村小学建立图书馆，而不辅以相对应的措施与学校的配合，则几乎会是一种无用功。问题在于农村儿童由于经济状况、家庭培养，社区氛围等原因，极少数会有读书的习惯与能力。与其说读书的习惯与能力，不如说能不能坐下读一页书的能力，答案是几乎没有。大多数的学生对书的渴求完全来自于好奇心与“好玩”，所以借阅制度是小问题；而能不能让学生们真正去读进去一本书才是真正的困难，也只有克服这个关卡，随后相关的制度等延伸问题才变得有意义。那么如何解决这个问题我们做了相应的尝试： 第一， 最重要的一点，就是要选择适合该年龄阶段儿童的读物。我们发现有些学校里本身有的读物根本就不适合孩子们阅读。我们有几个选择的标准，比如说：很大的画，较少的字；故事内容吸引人；带拼音；低年级的书要很薄，等等。只有这样，才能为孩子们阅读能力从0到1打下基础。 第二， 依然是最重要的一点，就是“学校和老师一定要给予大力支持和配合。”否则任其是什么书，再适合的书，再多的选择，都只能是学生们拿起来看看封面，颠来倒去地在手上把玩一下的玩具。语文老师或者班主任在这方面负有极大的责任，第一步要较为硬性的让孩子们坐在座位上看书。如若放任不管，后果不堪设想。不说用书打仗这么严重，光“换书”就够人受的。每个人拿着书看一下封面，封底和第一页，然后就和同桌换了，然后再和前面的同学换……；所有的时间全部用来换书，而且理由全部都是“看完了”。所以老师在最开始的一段时间要管理几个方面：1. 不能有声音影响别的孩子；2. 不许换书；3.实在吃力或坐不住的同学，要坐在旁边看着，一方面管住，一方面帮助。其实几乎所有的孩子，只要真的看进去一小段，就会被故事吸引进去了。当然，前提就是第一点的内容——书要有趣。在执行方面的这么一小步，就可以有极大的改变。第三， 每天必须要一段时间的自由阅读时间。通常是一节课，孩子们在这段时间可以看自己手上的书，没有压力，没有任务，心情自由的享受这段读书的时光。老师在管理的同时，也可以拿自己的书和学生们一起看，塑造读书的氛围。这样孩子们的读书习惯就会真正的得到培养。 学生们在享受阅读时光，阅读能力和习惯得到了培养： 图书馆不在于书多不多，而在于质量和执行的力度。阅读项目还有许多后续延展性的内容，比如组织孩子包书皮，让他们理解流水作业；给每本书以评价，帮助提炼好的书目；故事表演大赛，锻炼口才和表演能力；如何科学评估阅读效果等等等等。 学生们在分小组流水线包书皮： 阅读是关乎孩子一生的能力，需要系统，周全的开展读书项目，也希望我们做的事情能有一些效果。]]></description>
