The last day of SVP teaching included student performances at all of the sites. The Nanzheng Elementary School students acted out skits, sang songs, and organized other programs. The volunteers strung up student works around the school and many parents came to admire them, looking for their children’s names. At Wang Zhuang Elementary School, local teacher Wu Caihong said many villagers attended. Some of the students had organized a drama performance, complete with props they made themselves. At Zhaizi Elementary School, students and volunteers put on 14 acts in all! I was astounded by how coordinated the first and second graders’ dances were. Apparently, they only had a couple days to learn the dances but local teacher Liang Jiangli must have some very effective methods. Some fifth graders told proverb stories (成语故事） and volunteer Elise Baardman played “Ode to Joy” on the recorder. Sijia Chen’s sixth grade students performed a fun, easy-to-remember English song with hand motions called “C-O-C-O-N-U-T.” For many of the dances, there was no music available so Ren Hongyan and Zhang Guixia, two local teachers, sang acapella to accompany them. The last number was a song, “Beijing Welcomes You.” Just as the children prepared to open their mouths, the electricity went out so the teachers couldn’t accompany on the keyboard. However, Huang Yaxiong told all the students who knew the song to join in and help. After the performances, all the volunteers returned to Guan Ai Elementary School to prepare their team reports for the next day’s evaluation meeting.翻译：Subra Huang

SVP支教活动最后一天是每个支教现场都有的学生演出。南郑小学学生表演了小品、唱歌，还有其他节目。志愿者将学生的作品绕学校排成一线，很多家长都加入了参观的行列，一边还不忘寻找自己孩子的名字。在王庄小学，当地教师吴彩虹老师说许多村民也来看了。一些学生组织了一场戏剧表演，还使用了他们自制的小道具呢。在寨子小学，学生和志愿者竟然一共准备了14个节目！看到一、二年级学生的舞蹈，我很惊奇他们居然合作地如此协调。显然他们只学了两天舞蹈，但当地老师梁江丽肯定是有许多非常有效指导方法。一些五年级学生讲了成语故事，志愿者姜慧在一种乐器叫”recorder”上“演奏”了《Ode to Joy》。陈思嘉的六年级学生使用手语表演了一首有趣又好记的英文歌曲《COCONUT（椰子）》。许多舞蹈没有音乐伴奏，于是任红艳和张桂霞两位本地教师就采用清唱为节目配音。最后一个节目是歌曲《北京欢迎你》。当孩子们刚准备开口唱时突然停电了，于是老师没法用键盘配音。这时黄亚雄让所有会唱这首歌的人一起唱。表演结束后，所有志愿者回到关爱小学准备明天评估会的小组报告。
