关爱三四天

离开关爱学校的那天上午,Diane和江鹏应旁边一所公立小学的邀请率领胡老师和我去参观交流。前两天美国的小学和关爱小学联谊活动在十里八乡马上传开,社会效应这就实打实的如预期而来。这个学校的学生看见我们眼生,都显的有点紧张。低年级的孩子有的忽然跑开,有的突然围住。高年级的学生估计我们是领导来考察,看见我们都忽然端坐行注目礼,这样就把紧张这个皮球又踢向了我们。我尝试用几个问题打开一下尴尬局面,作为经验推广我可以在这里分享一下。最幽默最能出彩的问题是“你们班男生多还是女生多。”一般全班都能马上不假思索而且相当响亮的回答接着还能哈哈大笑。我掌握这个要领之后屡试不爽,走哪都问你们班男生多还是女生多,深受学生爱戴。校长安排了几个年轻老师跟我们座谈,主要内容就是学校的老师坐,校长和我们谈。不过这所小学与关爱小学合作的意向初步达成,当天晚上就有几位老师去关爱小学交流学习。散会了,我就在学校里转。忽然碰到两个同学拿着个本子在各个教室里检查。一个是五年级的女生,大队长。一个是六年级的男生,学生会会长。我说你可以叫主席,他笑了笑说不行要坚持叫会长。他们检查的项目是习字课老师和学生的表现情况。老师表现的评比相对简单,黑板上写字就加两分不写就减1分。学生检查是依照“三个一”标准,这俩孩子异口同声脱口而出:眼离书、本一尺,手握笔、离笔尖一寸,胸离课桌一拳。(我坚决的BAIDU了一下,才能复制到这里。)我摸着会长的头说,你要是检查自己班是不是永远合格。他说不是。我说我才不信。他马上转身携大队长钻进自己教室,然后往自己的小本子上写着“老师认真+2,学生三个一 -1”。我看见了大笑,说“你以后还想不想在你们班里混了?”他和大队长也都笑了。
