Volunteer Program 2007 on CCTV

cctv.jpgDuring RCEF’s Volunteer Program 2007, a local TV team came to our site in Dayang Village, Henan Province (河南大杨村) to report about the work of the RCEF volunteers. The report was aired on the local television, 漯河电视台, in a show called 关注, in the week of August 10.On July 30, it also made it to national television (CCTV)! We have obtained the footage and want to share it with you.

    Awesome! It would be better if “ruralchina.org” was included in the online news script as well. quote: “而且他们还都有海外留学的经历，是在乡村教育促进会接受培训之后，到大杨小学进行短期支教。他们给孩子们上课的方式很特别，完全是游戏的方式。” I don’t feel like “乡村教育促进会” stands out as a nonprofit organization in this sentense. Sounds more like a government department.
